CentroMed offers a variety of healthy living classes that are FREE and OPEN to the public. Classes cover general healthy living and nutrition topics and we partners with a variety local agencies to offer specific classes for diabetes management, diabetes nutrition, and diabetes prevention. Diabetes program partners are the San Antonio Food Bank, San Antonio Metro Health, and the YMCA. Other local agencies also offer classes on other health and wellness topics.
